  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Gift cards.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved and processed through CJ Dropshipping, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.


5. How to Start a Return
